LLet's party and celebrate life! The ranch hosts several large events during the year that appeal to a wide-range of interests.
From hosting regional and state archery competitions to massive festivals and music concerts, the ranch has something for everyone.
Below you will find upcoming events and a link to register for them. Please note, we almost never sell tickets to these events. You have to go to the websites in the links. Currently the ranch expects to host:
- Glen Parker Stick Bow Round Up. This is a traditional archery event that has been running for over 35 years. Valkyrie Ranch took over the competition in 2019. It takes place in the weeks between the Louisiana and Texas Longbow Championships.

The 2020 IBO Traditional Texas State Championship!
This is a sanctioned IBO Traditional event and will feature three IBO Traditional courses, an archery clinic, and various side-shoots and events to include a "historical champion division" which is outside of the IBO Traditional divisions.
This ticket is for the archer's first class. Additional classes, rounds, side-shoots, etc. can be purchased at the event.
